We offer “Group Training” sessions that can cater to a small or large group on an ongoing basis. All programs are based on interval, strength based training principles that are totally measurable and body friendly for any level of fitness, age or gender.
All programs are:
- Self Paced
- Work on a goal of “Fat Loss” rather than “Weight Loss”
- Programs run for a stipulated period of time where you can see your improvements via your personalised program card.
- We take you Pre/Post body skinfold and girth measurements so you can see your progressive improvement
These programs work fast and anyone can do them. They are deliberately challenging but only as challenging as “YOU” can sustain. If you need to stop, or slow down, that’s not a problem as you are only competing against your best result. No-one elses.
They are rewarding and based on functional fitness for everyday life!
